Party kit includes:

• 1 - 15" metal wreath form
• 1 - 10 yd roll black metallic deco mesh, cut into 18 strips
• 1 - 10 yd roll yellow & cream striped poly jute deco mesh, cut into 18 strips
• 1  - 8x12 metal “Welcome” lemon sign, with ties
• Custom made bow
• Party & prep fee.

Approximately 5 YDS of each ribbon, cut into 8 each 13" dovetail ribbon ties:
  2.5" ice blue lemon with border ribbon
  2.5" ice blue scalloped edge ribbon 
  1.5"  glittered diagonal plaid ribbon
  1.5" black & white medium stripe ribbon
